Hari Sirigibathina is a technology and innovation leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation and global market expansion. His career spans startups, global enterprises, and high-tech smart-manufacturing environments, where he has focused on building secure, scalable, and modern technology foundations that enable companies to grow confidently and compete in new markets.
Hari’s expertise includes advanced data centers, cloud engineering, cybersecurity, data platforms, and applied AI. During his 15-year tenure at Micron Technology, he led major initiatives that introduced AI and automation into smart-manufacturing operations, strengthened global security engineering, and enhanced enterprise agility through data-driven systems. His systems engineering and cybersecurity background informs his ability to design resilient infrastructures, deploy enterprise-scale platforms, and support mission-critical global operations.
Known for translating complex technologies into clear business strategies, Hari is frequently sought by leadership teams navigating modernization, U.S. market entry, and AI-driven transformation. His understanding of cybersecurity, analytics, SaaS ecosystems, and enterprise cloud engineering enables him to help organizations adopt emerging technologies in practical, impactful, and market-differentiating ways.
Beyond his industry leadership, Hari is committed to developing future technologists. For more than 15 years, he has coached and judged national robotics competitions — including FIRST, VEX Robotics, and the World Robotics Olympiad — mentoring students who have succeeded at national and international levels. He also contributes to workforce-development programs that prepare community-college students for careers in cybersecurity and low-code technology.
Hari has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, MIT Sloan, and The George Washington University, strengthening his foundation in innovation, analytics, and digital strategy. He now leverages this combined technical and strategic experience to help global companies expand into the United States with clarity, confidence, and competitive advantage.
Juhi Naithani
Juhi Naithani is an accomplished international business professional with a deep passion for helping organizations expand globally. With over three decades of international business experience across multiple countries, she brings a unique blend of public-sector insight, private-sector strategy, and hands-on execution expertise.
Her career spans B2B industrial sales in India, followed by roles in consulting, academia, and economic development in the U.S. As the founder of bGlobal Consulting, Juhi has supported numerous companies entering the American market, providing soft-landing assistance, market entry strategy, and outreach programs — especially for technology firms expanding into the U.S.
Known for her detail-oriented, collaborative, and creative leadership style, Juhi has built a strong global network of institutions, industry leaders, associations, and service partners. This extensive ecosystem anchors her ability to guide businesses through successful international expansion.
A strong proponent for entrepreneurship, Juhi has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the TiE (The Indus Entrepreneur) DC for four years through 2022 and continues to support nonprofit initiatives — including the Indo US Organization for Rare Diseases.
A specialist in intercultural training and a passionate advocate for women in tech, Juhi has mentored founders through the SelectUSA Global Women in Tech (SGWIT) Program and is a frequent speaker on global opportunities for business growth.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Virginia and a Chartered Accountant from India, Satya combines technical expertise with strategic insight to streamline financial processes and achieve compliance objectives efficiently.
Currently, he serves as the CEO and Co-founder of FinStackk — a technology platform delivering innovative accounting and tax solutions for U.S. businesses.
Kevin Pomfret

Aaron Enatsky
Aaron is an experienced, registered U.S. patent attorney who helps companies of all sizes identify, protect, and maximize the value of their intellectual property rights in the U.S. and globally. He specializes in strategic IP portfolio development, technology transactions, and guiding businesses through complex legal and compliance requirements.
As a partner at Resolute Legal PLLC, Aaron advises startups, high-growth companies, and multinational corporations on corporate transactions, technology contracting, and IP strategy. His work includes drafting and negotiating software, SaaS, and technology agreements, conducting open-source compliance reviews, and supporting product regulatory readiness.
Aaron’s expertise spans preparing and negotiating patent and technology licensing and purchase agreements, as well as drafting product development, licensing, distribution, and services agreements for technology, engineering, and telecommunications businesses. He also performs IP due diligence investigations, resolves IP issues in acquisitions, prepares patentability and freedom-to-operate opinions, provides trademark and trade secret counseling, and advises international businesses on software distribution, cloud services, mobile applications, and product-related legal agreements.
A seasoned patent prosecutor, Aaron has drafted and prosecuted numerous patent applications across electrical and computer technologies — including optics, sensors, telecommunications, software interfaces, power and control systems, RF devices, and semiconductors. He began his career as a patent examiner at the USPTO and has extensive experience advising clients in the telecom and electronic games industries — with a deep understanding of the business and intellectual property impacts of these technologies.
